While we were driving the new visual transformation, Tele2 and Com Hem combined their technical infrastructures. Our challenge was to ensure a smooth shopping experience as we seamlessly merged the two technical platforms.

Since Tele2s portfolio grew with a lot of new products we needed to take that into consideration when designing navigation and purchase flows. A checkout that could handle all the different products separately but also in the long run could handle multiple product categories simulataneuously.

Continous testing and prototyping

A key part of the process involved continuously prototyping and user-testing the new site. Due to pandemic restrictions, we couldn't meet users in the office, prompting us to devise new methods for remote user testing. Ultimately, we conducted more rounds of testing using the remote setup because it was more convenient for both us and the participants.
