Founded in 2015, Common Ground is a senior, partner-run design studio specializing in the intersection of design, tech, and human needs.
We value curiosity, craftsmanship, and care – for users and each other. Our culture is warm, collaborative, and built on a foundation of trust. Everyone here has a voice, and everyone contributes to creating a sustainable, fun company that delivers value to users and businesses alike.
Where We Work
Our work setup is flexible, adapting to our clients’ needs. Some of us work mostly remote, while others spend more time at clients’ offices. Once a week, we come together at our cozy office in gamla stan
