Millijoin
UX and research
The begining
Millijoin started as a “social good” safety app, created by really creative and enthusiastic start uppers in Stockholm. In the early stage of the company they were focusing on creating a “social good” app that would rely on people’s willingness to open up to strangers and give a helping hand to those in need in an urban setting. Since our collaboration they narrowed down their focus to local festivals, and later pivoted to open a communication channel between customers and pop-up stores.
My tasks were conducting surveys and interviews to validate our hypothesis that Millijoin could be the missing link to create a safer urban experience. As well as creating user journeys and high level concept design, building clickable prototypes and conducting user tests.
