One platform to make data driven decisions
Bisnode (Dun&Bradstreet today) had a mission to help its customers to grow, and make data-driven decision, by providing them with quality data, and analytical insights. They provide these services to small family businesses to multinational companies.
My main role was to create, and improve a web app platform, where all the data provided by Bisnode is presented in a simplified way that help the wide range of users make purchase and credit related decisions.

To improve work efficiency in product development and ensure consistency in our design work, our team decided to build a design system in 2017. We called it Bisnode UI. The main ideas behind the library are reusability and scalability. I was the leading visual designer in this project. Created custom made icons, and made sure that the already existing elements were compatible with the newly designed ones, while following the company’s brand guidelines.

The company’s main goals were to sunset legacy products, enable migration and organic growth. Our task in the design team was to create a platform that would do all of that.
In my role as a UX designer I took part in many customer interviews - both qualitative and quantitative - to understand current and potential customer needs and define personas which were the backbone to our design process. Rapid prototyping, design iterations and final design handovers were also part of my day to day work.

The login page is a shared entry point for many Bisnode products. Due to regulations, two factor authentication was a requirement. We redesigned the flow to ensure a seamless login experience.
