When I joined Trepli I started to create a process for the collaboration between design, business and development. Creating a common backlog where we had a weekly walkthrough of whats been done, whats going on and upcoming things, always kept in a prioritized order. Trepli needed a complete audit of the web and after that we started to add things to the backlog. A products usage is not only tied to how well its functioning but also on how nice it feels to use the product.
Trepli mainly has a younger target group and to tie in to that I decided to bring in our specialist on branding and UI, to give Trepli that extra omph to create a user experience that will fit the younger crowd
