With the help of third-party data providers, we manage to change the ad creation from a heavy manual and complex process to a user-friendly and lean workflow with rich content. The new workflow emphasized accessibility, removing a lot of friction and reducing as much cognitive load from filling out a demanding form.

User feedback drove the decision to prioritizing adding a feed displaying new episodes from followed podcasts. Given that latest episodes of followed podcasts were highly popular, we mad the feed start page on both the web and app, replacing the discovery page.
