AI builder day

Designer & Builder
AI Builder Day is an intensive hands-on workshop where selected teams use AI to solve real problems from within the organisation. The goal is not just to talk about AI, but to build working prototypes that can be tested, evaluated, and developed further.
Before the workshop, we collect problems and opportunities from the organisation. These can be tasks that take too much time, processes that feel frustrating, or areas where automation could create real value. Together with an internal process owner, we select the most promising problems and form teams around them.
During the workshop, the teams build AI-powered prototypes with support from our facilitators and builders. We help with scoping, technical direction, product thinking, and hands-on execution to make sure each team has the right conditions to deliver something that works.
Preparations, 1-2 weeks before
We help collect, select, and prioritise problems together with your internal process owner. We also define teams, scope, technical prerequisites, and the setup needed for the workshop.
Full day workshop
We facilitate the day, support the teams, and provide technical coaching throughout the process. The day ends with demos where each team presents what they have built.
Summary and report, 1 week after
After the workshop, we provide a summary of the results, recommendations for further development, and an assessment of which prototypes have the greatest potential to become real-world tools.
This workshop is designed for organisations that want to move from AI ideas to practical results. It is especially relevant for product teams, business teams, innovation teams, and organisations with internal processes or workflows that could be improved with AI.
Full day - Includes preparation before the workshop and a follow-up summary with recommendations after the session.
