What is an AI builder day?
An intense full day workshop where selected teams build working AI prototypes that solve real problems in the business.
This is how it works
A person from your organisation owns the process internally and reaches out to relevant stakeholders with a problem request: 'What takes time? What is frustrating? What would you like to automate?' Based on the responses, we select the most promising problems and form teams around them.
The teams can consist of your own developers and people from product and design supplemented by builders from us if needed. We participate in teams and facilitate throughout the day, making sure each team has the right conditions to actually deliver something that works.
Preparations (1-2 weeks in advance)
Problem collection, selection and prioritisation together with your internal process owner. We define teams, scope and technical prerequisites so that everyone can hit the ground running from day one.
Full day workshop
Facilitation, technical coaching and hands-on support throughout the day. Ends with demos where each team presents what they've built.
Summary and report (1 week after)
A summary of results, recommendations for further development, and an assessment of which prototypes have the greatest potential to become real-world tools.
