A new way of finding jobs
Trepli is a platform helping small and medium sized businesses with recruiting. Part of the goal is to help these employers that do not have a big HR-department with quickly finding and hiring talent.
The second part is helping the talent with finding a job and present themselves in an attractive way to potential employers. What we have done is using AI to help them summarize their CV into a short description and as well as show it in a neat way to the employers.
As a team we have helped the founders of Trepli to brand, design, prototype and validate their business idea.
My role
My primary role was to design and conceptualize the web experience of Trepli. Starting with the user discovering Trepli, the logged in version for both employers and job seekers as well as the external website.

Employers - From ad to match
Employers create video ads for the position they are trying to fill. Then the algorithm makes sure that only employers and candidates that fulfils each others criteria get matched.
After they find a candidate they like, they establish a connection and can start talking within the Trepli service.

Making it easier to find a new job
To increase the conversion rate we needed to lower the threshold of registering and applying for a job.
To achieve this we removed the video and instead focused on just letting the user upload their picture and resume, then ChatGPT writes a short description about themselves based on their resume.

Since job seekers use the service for free while employers pay it was very important to separate those two user groups to not cause any confusion.
This allowed us to have specific instructions for each user group on the subpages.
